いつも応援してくださっている皆さまへ

このたび私、青山蘭はこれまで所属していたお店を離れ

独立という形で新たな活動を始めることを決めました。

また活動名につきましても、これまでの「青山蘭」から「一ノ瀬蘭」へと戻ることにいたします。

これまで出会ってくださった皆さま

共に時間を過ごしてくださった皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

私がSMという営みの中で大切にしているテーマがあります。

それは

慈愛と存在意義 ― Raison d'être

というものです。

SMは単なる刺激や遊びではなく、

人が自分自身と深く向き合うための

精神的な営みでもあると私は感じています。

すべてを受け入れ、

調教し、

時には限界を超えながら、

人は少しずつ自分の本質に近づいていく。

その過程の中で

人は本来の自分を思い出していくのではないでしょうか。

― あなたの存在意義を思い出す場所

私はこれからも、

あなたのすべてを受け入れながら、

共に成長し続ける関係を築いていきたいと思っています。

そしていつか、

あなた自身のRaison d'être（存在意義）を

一緒に見つけていけたら嬉しく思います。

独立という新しい節目ではありますが

私の在り方はこれからも変わりません。

静かに、誠実に、

そして深く人と向き合う女王として。

Announcement Regarding My Future Activities

To everyone who has continued to support me,

I would like to share an important update with you.

I have decided to leave the establishment where I had been working and begin a new chapter by continuing my activities independently.

In addition, regarding my stage name, I will be returning from “Ran Aoyama” to my original name, “Ran Ichinose.”

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone I have met and to those who have shared time with me until now.

There is a theme that I have always cherished in my practice of SM.

It is compassion and Raison d'être — one’s reason for being.

To me, SM is not merely about stimulation or play.

It can also be a deeply spiritual and psychological exchange, where people confront themselves at a profound level.

By accepting everything about you,

by training and guiding you,

and sometimes by surpassing your perceived limits,

a person gradually comes closer to their true nature.

Through this process,

one may begin to remember who they truly are.

Discover your raison d'être.

— A place where you remember your reason for being.

From here onward, I hope to continue building relationships in which we grow together—

accepting everything about you, nurturing you, and evolving beyond limits.

And perhaps, along the way,

we may discover your own raison d'être together.

Although this marks a new chapter through independence,

my essence as a Mistress will remain the same.

Quietly, sincerely,

and always with a deep respect for the human spirit.
